Pet Policy

Animal Policy

  1. No more than two (2) cats and/or two (2) dogs are allowed in any unit. No more than two animals in total is allowed in any unit.

  2. All animals must weigh less than fifty (50) pounds, and each pet permitted will have an additional fee.

  3. The following dog breeds are prohibited: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bulldog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Belgian Malinois, Boerboel, Boxer, Bull Terrier, Bullmastiff, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Dogo Argentino, English Mastiff, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Siberian Husky, Rottweiler, Scottish Deerhound, Shar-Pei, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Tosa Inu, Wolf Hybrids, or any combination of these breeds.

  4. Wild, exotic, endangered or poisonous animals, reptiles or birds are not permitted on the property.

  5. Animals may not be replaced without prior written consent of the Landlord and completion of the veterinarian’s certificate and animal registration form.
